Jon joined the We Are Footprint community back in September 2022. Jon already had some experience working on site before the chance to work with Willmott Dixon on the Bolton College of Medical Sciences site came about.
Their commitment to using local labour provided the perfect opportunity for Jon to carry on gaining experience via our Social Enterprise. Within 2 months, on the back of his enthusiasm and attitude we had funded and upskilled Jon to gaining his SSSTS qualification
Jon hasn’t looked back since and with the support on site from the Willmott Dixon team we will continue to fund and provide further training and qualifications
