Shaun is another fully signed up member of the We Are Footprint community. Coming from an ex-forces background meant that Shaun had all the transferable skills needed to succeed in his new career in construction.
Initially working through ourselves for a medium size contractor in Preston, the opportunity to then move across to Willmott Dixon’ site at D’Urton Lane in Preston, via our Social Enterprise arose. Shaun hasn’t looked back since. With the support on site from the Willmott Dixon team we have funded and provided the SSSTS training to Shaun to help him start his new path to Site Management and we will continue to support him on that journey.
