As Resourcing Manager, my role is all about finding the right candidates for the right roles. I manage LinkedIn, job boards, and the entire candidate sourcing process, ensuring we have a strong pool of talent ready for the right opportunities.
A key part of my job is vetting candidates properly - understanding their motivations, career goals, and ensuring that any move they make is the right one for them in the long term. It’s not just about ticking boxes on a CV - it’s about listening, understanding, and making sure they’ll be happy where they go next.
Having spent 10 years in permanent recruitment before joining We Are Footprint, I believe that what sets this company apart is its genuine commitment to doing things the right way. For us, it’s not all about numbers - it’s about people.

Outside work, I have two young children who keep me busy, but when I get chance, I really enjoy catching up with friends and socialising - the office knows how much I love a good night out!
