Aftercare and Well-being Manager
As the Aftercare and Well-being Manager, my job is to keep in close contact with all of our workers by phone, to check and make sure they are okay both in work and out and try to support them in any way I can.
The role is all about listening and helping so for me it’s ideal and I feel very proud to be working here. Not only is it a great company with fantastic morals and values, but the whole team are just brilliant, and I love working with them. I have had some difficult phone calls whilst in this role but being able to support people through rough times and helping them get to a better place is just so rewarding.
As a Manchester City supporter I try and get to a few games a season and I like to relax by socialising.
