As a Trades Consultant at We Are Footprint, I specialise in blue collar roles within the industry, working closely with both clients and candidates to find the most suitable opportunities for both parties.
I really enjoy the recruitment cycle and the impact it has. It’s very rewarding to provide people with long-term opportunities to develop their skills, especially those from barriered backgrounds. Helping individuals change their lives in a positive way is a big reason why I do it.
Outside of work, I’m a massive sports fan. I spend my weekends playing cricket and hacking my way around a golf course!
