We took part in a Construction Schools Enrichment Programme at Salford City College Group. Organised across three sessions, 120 students from Years 9 and 10 took part - including 25 young women -from local schools across Salford and Greater Manchester.
Anthony Patten and Narina Bomanji joined Morgan Sindall Construction Morgan Sindall in delivering a classroom session, giving students the opportunity to take on roles such as project managers, civil engineers, site managers, and quantity surveyors. We discussed role descriptions and salaries, encouraging them to consider careers in construction.
