Last week, our Social Value team visited HMP Lancaster Farms on behalf of Bridgestone Construction Ltd.
They attended an Employer Engagement event alongside 24 visitors from six different sectors, all working to create more opportunities for prison leavers.
Pippa Holland and Narina Bomanji visited eight wings and engaged with nearly 500 prisoners, discussing potential employment pathways into the construction industry upon release.
