We Are Footprint are now proud supporters of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter. We are looking forward to demonstrating our commitment to become one of the best places to work as we aim for full membership of the charter. In doing this, we recognise the importance of being able to meet higher employment standards and we fully support the Charter’s seven ‘Good Employment Characteristics’ which set out what good employment practice, effective employee engagement and good and fair employment looks like.
