Real Talk on Men Mental Health Week
This week our amazing Aftercare and Well-being Manager Stephanie Harrop, had some real conversations and open discussions with Chris Coward AREC, Jack Berry and our Group Director Stephen Carr that shed light on the unique challenges men face in prioritising their mental well-being in a society that often equates masculinity with suppressing emotions. From battling anxiety and depression to overcoming much more, their stories were raw, vulnerable, and inspiring, a huge thank you to all of them for their openness in sharing their journeys with mental health - the achievements, the struggles, the failures, and the lessons learned.
