We Are Footprint's Social Value Director, Pippa Holland recently spent the day interviewing long-term unemployed individuals who are eager to join our industry. We worked out of DWP Accrington working alongside Charlotte Haworth finding individuals for a local ISG scheme locally. We are pleased to have identified four absolute gems ready to utilise their talents and enthusiasm. Additionally, we met several other passionate individuals who are keen to embark on a career in our industry who we helped with their interview skills and cv’s. A huge thank you to Bree Adshead from ProcurePlus and Janine Higgins from ISG for facilitating this opportunity and helping us connect with them. Together, we are making strides towards building a more inclusive and dynamic workforce.
