A Collaborative Effort for Social Good
At the heart of our latest initiative lies a collaborative effort aimed at uplifting individuals facing long-term unemployment. Teaming up with Caddick Construction Limited's Faye Chilekwa and representatives from DWP, including Julie Baker and Jules Bagnoli, we embarked on a journey to provide 16 individuals with a gateway into the construction industry.
Building Futures, One Workshop at a Time
Through an immersive construction workshop, we provided participants with invaluable skills and opportunities. With Narina Bomanji's unwavering support, we've already witnessed remarkable progress. One individual has secured employment, while four others are well on their way to obtaining CSCS cards, setting the stage for a promising future in the construction sector.
