Pippa Holland spent a fantastic day recently working in collaboration with Tyrone Coley and Lawrence Burke from Groundwork Greater Manchester IPS. The day was spent meeting individuals who are looking to return to work, interviewing them, discussing their aspirations with a view to placing some with Caddick Construction Limited who will support their return to employment. Some of the individuals are simply looking for work experience as they overcome their anxiety whilst others are completely work ready.
