Recently, both Narina Bomanji and Pippa Holland had the privilege of working with Berwyn releasees. They met 15 individuals with construction experience who were eager to re-enter the workplace. Representing Seddon Construction and Willmott Dixon, we provided CV guidance and confidence-building sessions, reassuring them that there's a place for them in society after release.
