Our We Are Footprint journey began in 2012 with a simple goal to provide high-quality recruitment solutions for the construction industry. Founded with a focus on freelance white-collar professionals, we started with a small team of just three people, working hard to build a reputation for reliability, industry expertise, and ethical recruitment.
Over the years, we expanded steadily, and in 2020, we introduced a trades and labour division, responding to growing demand from our clients for a fully vetted, compliant, blue-collar workforce. This marked a significant turning point, enabling us to support businesses across the industry with both professional and on-site workforce solutions.
In 2022, we decided to align our business with something bigger than just recruitment - social value. By committing a significant proportion of our profits, we turned our company into a force for good, helping to create opportunities, strengthen communities, and make a real difference in the industryand areas where we work.
Since then, our growth has quadrupled, proving that doing the right thing isn’t just good for people, it’s good for business.
Today, We Are Footprint is a trusted recruitment partner for some of the biggest names in construction. At the request of a number of our clients we are now expanding into Yorkshire and the North East, bringing our expertise and values to even more businesses across the UK.
