Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Organise and categorise project documentation using electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Monitor document control procedures and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents as needed.
- Ensure timely retrieval of documents for internal and external audits or reviews.
- Assist in resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using electronic document management systems (EDMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of construction documentation and processes is highly desirable.
