Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Organise and categorise project documentation using electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Monitor document control procedures and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of documents for internal and external audits or reviews.
  • Assist in resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using electronic document management systems (EDMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of construction documentation and processes is highly desirable.
