Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience Required:
- A valid CPCS card with a Hoist Operator qualification.
- Proven experience in operating hoists on construction sites.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with the site team.
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
