The Role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
✔ End-to-end project management – overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
✔ Client liaison – managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
✔ Quality & compliance – maintaining a high standard of workmanship and adhering to regulations.
✔ Team leadership – coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
✔ Programme & budget control – ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 At least five years’ experience managing large-scale new build industrial projects.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 A quality-focused approach to project delivery.
🔹 Proven track record of delivering complex schemes on time and within budget.
🔹 Knowledge of construction regulations, health & safety, and best practices.
