Site Engineer Needed – Immediate Start

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Strong track record as a Site Engineer, ideally in housing or residential construction.
  • Familiarity with groundworks, drainage, and structural frameworks.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using Leica survey equipment and associated software is essential.
  • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Qualifications:
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • CSCS card required; SMSTS certification advantageous.
• Attributes:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Equipment:
  • Own survey kit is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Responsibilities:

• Set out and survey works to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Monitor quality and structural integrity at each build stage.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document progress and provide accurate site reports.
