Site Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Site Manager, you will:

• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and the client.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly, maintaining momentum and minimizing disruptions to project timelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience managing commercial high-rise or large-scale accommodation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.
