We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a Tier One national contractor on a refurb and new build project.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that the refurb side of the project is completed on time and within budget. You must have experience in refurb schemes and new build projects, ideally for respected national contractors.
This role offers a fantastic long-term opportunity, with the project expected where will be working with a leading contractor who has a secure pipeline of upcoming projects, providing potential for future work upon successful completion of this scheme.
