Labourer

As a CSCS Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects by performing various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the site.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and clearing of construction sites, ensuring they are safe and tidy.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of waste materials appropriately.
• Participate in site safety meetings and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Skills:

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with colleagues.
