Labourer

This job will start in August.

Responsibilities:

• Assist tradespeople with their daily tasks, including carrying materials and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site, ensuring all debris is cleared away.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Load and unload materials from lorries or other vehicles as required.
• Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when necessary.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Skills:

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this position.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a construction or labouring role is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
