Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic flow to ensure safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians.

- Monitor the surrounding environment for potential hazards and respond accordingly.
- Assist in building temporary traffic control setups as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to traffic management.
- Maintain a calm demeanour during high-pressure situations, ensuring safety at all times.
Skills:
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal communication skills to convey instructions clearly.
- Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall/Banksman Certificate.
- Traffic Marshall or Banksman experience with 2 references from previous roles.
- Strong observational skills to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining focused on safety.
