We work with people at different stages of their journey into employment. Some may not yet be work-ready and need support to build their confidence and skills, while others are ready to start work but require additional guidance to succeed. Our programmes support a wide range of individuals, including disadvantaged pupils in education, care leavers, NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), long-term unemployed individuals, mothers returning to work, those experiencing homelessness, and prison leavers.
